The career staff at Franklin County Fire District 3 currently consists of 6 line and 3 administrative personnel.  As the district needs increase so will these numbers.  Be on the lookout for when career opportunities become available.

Line personnel are broken up into three shifts (A Shift, B Shift, & C Shift).  These shifts work a rotating 48/96 schedule 365 days a year.  This allows the department to provide staffing at Station 36 twenty-four hours a day to meet the needs of the district.  Career staff work side by side with our volunteers providing the district with the response personnel needed to handle any call that comes our way, day or night.
