BILLING MATRIX
​Basic Life Support (BLS) EMS with transport:
Basic Fee: $650.00 for District Residents
$750.00 for NON-District Residents
Mileage Charge: $18.00 per Mile (this is from the patient pick-up location to drop off at the Hospital)
​Intermediate Life Support (ILS) and Advance Life Support (ALS) EMS with transport:
​Basic Fee: $850.00 for District Residents
$950.00 for NON-District Residents
Mileage Charge: $18.00 per Mile (this is from the patient pick-up location to drop off at the Hospital)
EMS with transport to a patient transfer point:
​Basic Fee: $350.00 for NON-District Residents
​If ALS is provided by another agency those services will be billed by that agency, and if the transport is transferred to another agency, that agency may bill mileage charges.
​All types of Billable Non-Transport Calls where treatment is provided:
​Basic Fee: $350.00 for NON-District Residents
