Fun and Safe Firework Fun for the Family

All types of fireworks are banned in Franklin County (Code 8.04). Using fireworks is a misdemeanor with a possible penalty of $1,000 and/or 90 days in jail. If your use of fireworks contributes to a fire you can face additional criminal or civil penalties.
