All Fireworks are Illegal in Franklin County

All types of fireworks are banned in Franklin County. Recently the City of Pasco changed their laws to allow “Safe and Sane” fireworks. This law only applies to city residents. People who reside in the Riverview Area that are part of the county (aka Doughnut Hole) are still under the current county fireworks ban. If you have questions please let us know! Have a fun and safe July 4th!
